Happiness Paskali Bayyo
Tanzania · 1 book
Happiness Paskali Bayyo is a Tanzanian emerging author, emerging public speaker, emerging gospel singer, youth advocate and purpose-driven young woman passionate about faith, personal growth, purposeful living, leader-ship and meaningful impact. A graduate of Agricultural Economics and Agribusiness, Happiness is building her journey across capital markets, leadership, public speaking, writing, music and youth development. Rather than defining herself by what she has already achieved, she embraces a life of continuous learning, growth and becoming. Her journey has been shaped by questions of identity, purpose, courage, faith, potential and the fear of becoming less than she was created to be. Through her own experiences, she has come to understand that people can possess great potential while remaining constrained by fear, self-doubt, ex-pectations and the limitations they place upon themselves. These reflections became part of the inspiration for Unclipping My Wings, a book about recognizing what lies within, confronting what holds us back and courageously growing into the person we are meant to be. At the heart of Happiness’s philosophy is self-anointment: the conscious decision to recognize, embrace and take responsibility for one’s God-given potential, gifts, purpose and journey. For her, it is not about elevating oneself above others, but about no longer waiting for external permission to pursue meaningful growth. Happiness is also the founder of Divine Room, an emerging purpose and personal-development initiative created to help people discover purpose, develop their potential, connect with opportunities and guidance, and live meaningful lives through faith-informed principles and practical growth. Her aspirations extend beyond one profession or platform. She hopes to grow as a writer, speaker, gospel singer, leader and catalyst for positive change, using her voice and experiences to encourage others to pursue pur-poseful lives and meaningful impact. She does not write from a place of having arrived. She writes from the journey of unclipping: learning, stretching, falling, rising, discovering and continually unfolding. Unclipping My Wings is part of that journey: an invitation to anyone who has ever felt that they were made for more but did not know how to begin. The wings may already be there. Sometimes, the journey begins with the courage to unclip them.
