He currently serves as Director of Education and Dean of the Mentorship Faculty at Linked Africa, where he leads the development of mentorship programs, educational initiatives, mentor training, and personal and professional development programs serving young Africans across the continent and diaspora. Abraham brings more than two decades of experience in education, mentorship, student development, and personal development. In the United States, he works in higher education at Colorado State University, supporting student success, college access, retention, and the development of first-generation and historically underserved students. Previously, he served as an Academic Coach and course instructor at Ohio University, where he earned a Master of Education in College Student Personnel. At Linked Africa, Abraham has helped build an expanding mentorship ecosystem that includes the organization's Mentorship Faculty, group mentorship cohorts, Guide-the-Guide mentor training, MenteeConnect, MentorConnect, and other learning and career-development initiatives. His work focuses on equipping young people with practical skills in goal setting, leadership, career readiness, communication, personal branding, artificial intelligence, and lifelong learning. Beyond higher education, Abraham is an author, speaker, curriculum developer, and advocate for the responsible use of artificial intelligence in education and human development. His work explores the intersection of education, technology, personal development, African thought leadership, and storytelling. He is particularly passionate about helping Africans recognize the value of their knowledge, experiences, talents, and stories and transform them into tools for individual and societal advancement. At the heart of Abraham's work is a simple conviction: potential must be discovered, developed, and given an opportunity to serve. Through education, mentorship, technology, writing, and speaking, he continues to invest in the next generation of African leaders, professionals, creators, and changemakers.
