Terms of Use

Welcome to Life Evolution 360. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of lifeevolution360.org (the "Site"), the author portal, the community, and every program, service and product we offer (together, the "Services"). By using the Site or buying or receiving a Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Who we are. Life Evolution 360 is a public nonprofit organization (EIN 33-2846261) based in Colorado at Colorado, United States. We empower individuals and underserved communities through education, mentorship, career development and book coaching and publishing.

2. Eligibility. You must be 18 or older to buy Services or open an account. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must accept these Terms and take responsibility for your use of the Services.

3. Our Services. The Services include: (a) Book Coaching Programs, including the 60-Day, 90-Day and 120-Day Book Evolution packages, the Leaders Legacy Series, and Fast-Track publishing; (b) author support services such as editing, formatting and cover design when offered; (c) the Life Evolution 360 Grant; (d) the author community, accountability groups and training; (e) Youth Development and Empowerment programs; (f) Talent Exploration; (g) Summer Educational Seminars and Tours; and (h) the bookstore, which lists books and links to Amazon. We do not sell, ship or handle book orders ourselves. Purchases of books happen on Amazon under Amazon's terms.

4. Accounts. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has accessed your account. We may suspend an account that breaks these Terms.

5. Programs, fees and payment. Some Services require registration and payment. The price, what is included, the deposit (if any), the payment schedule and any deferred-payment option are shown before you pay and in your order confirmation. Payments are made through Stripe or PayPal; we do not store your card details. Services start only after payment (or the deposit) clears or a grant is awarded. If a balance is due on a date shown in your order and is not paid, we may pause the Service until it is paid. We may change our offerings, schedules and fees at any time; changes do not affect an order already confirmed. All payments are final as set out in our Returns and Refund Policy.

6. Authors and published books. A separate signed Author Agreement governs each publishing engagement, including rights, the commission on royalties, how royalties are reported and paid, and any recoupment of fees we advanced. If this section or any other part of these Terms conflicts with your signed Author Agreement, the Author Agreement controls for you. You keep the copyright in your book. You confirm that the work is yours or that you have permission to use it, that it does not infringe anyone's rights, and that it contains nothing unlawful. We may decline or stop work on a manuscript that breaks these rules. Publishing through our Amazon KDP account means sales data comes from Amazon; we report it to you as described in your agreement.

7. Grants. Grants are described in our Grant Terms. Awards are made at our discretion, depend on available funds, and are not guaranteed.

8. Community. Access to the author community and accountability groups is a benefit of eligible Services and is governed by our Community Rules. We may remove content or members who break those rules.

9. Your content and our permission to use it. You own what you submit (manuscripts, posts, photos, testimonials). You give us a non-exclusive license to host, display and share it as needed to provide the Services. Where you have agreed, we may use your name, photo, biography, book details and quotes to promote you and your book on our Site, newsletter and social media. You can withdraw this permission for future use by writing to info@lifeevolution360.org.

10. User conduct. You agree to use the Site and Services only for lawful purposes and consistent with our mission; not to harm, disable, overburden or impair the Site or interfere with anyone else's use of it; not to try to gain unauthorized access to any account, system or network; not to upload malicious code; not to harass, impersonate or deceive anyone; and not to scrape or copy the Site by automated means without our permission.

11. Our intellectual property. All text, graphics, logos, images, program materials, training content and software on the Site belong to Life Evolution 360 or its content suppliers and are protected by law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, republish, download, store or transmit them without our written consent, except for your own personal, non-commercial use of materials we give you as part of a program.

12. Website assistant. The Site includes an automated assistant that answers questions using our published content. It can make mistakes, gives information only, and is not legal, financial, tax or medical advice. Its answers do not create an offer, a promise of a grant, or a contract.

13. Third-party services. The Site links to and works with other services such as Amazon, Stripe, PayPal, LinkedIn, Facebook and WhatsApp. They have their own terms and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for them.

14. No guarantee of results. We provide coaching, support and publishing services, but we do not guarantee that your book will be finished by a certain date, accepted by any retailer, or earn any amount of sales, income, reviews or recognition.

15. Disclaimer of warranties. The Site and Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components.

16. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, Life Evolution 360, its directors, officers, volunteers, coaches and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or opportunities, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a paid Service will not exceed the amount you paid for that Service in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

17. Indemnification. You agree to defend and hold harmless Life Evolution 360 and its directors, officers, volunteers, coaches and contractors against claims, losses and costs arising from your content, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of anyone's rights.

18. Suspension and ending. You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or the Community Rules, or if continuing would put others or the organization at risk. Ending your access does not entitle you to a refund, and sections that by their nature should continue (payment, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, governing law) continue after the end.

19. Changes to these Terms. We may update these Terms. We will post the new version with its date, and for important changes we will notify account holders. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the update. Earlier versions remain available on request.

20. Governing law and disputes. These Terms and any dispute relating to the Site or Services are governed by the internal laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, please write to info@lifeevolution360.org and give us thirty days to try to resolve it. Any claim that is not resolved will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Colorado, and you and we consent to those courts.

21. General. If a part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a part is not a waiver. These Terms, together with the pages they refer to (Privacy Policy, Returns and Refund Policy, Grant Terms, Community Rules, Donation Policy) and any signed Author Agreement, are the whole agreement between you and us about the Services.
