Community Rules

The Life Evolution 360 community (accountability groups, author groups, cohort rooms and any connected WhatsApp group) exists so writers can support one another. By joining, you agree to these rules.

1. Be respectful. Treat every member with courtesy. No harassment, hate speech, bullying, threats, discrimination or sexual content. Disagree with ideas, not people.

2. Keep stories confidential. Members often share personal experiences and unpublished work. What is shared in the community stays in the community. Do not copy, forward, screenshot or publish another member's posts, drafts or personal details without their written permission.

3. Respect each other's work. Give honest, kind, specific feedback. Do not copy another member's manuscript, ideas or characters. Post only content you have the right to share.

4. Stay on purpose. Use the groups for writing, accountability and support. No spam, selling, recruiting, political campaigning or promotion of unrelated products or services. Promoting your own published book is welcome in the places set aside for it.

5. Protect privacy and safety. Do not share private information about yourself or others, such as home addresses, financial details or passwords. Use the display name you chose. If you are worried about someone's safety, tell the Community Manager.

6. Not professional advice. Posts by members and coaches are shared in a spirit of support. They are not legal, financial, medical or mental health advice.

7. WhatsApp. If you join a cohort WhatsApp group, you agree your phone number may be visible to other members of that group. You can leave at any time. We message you on WhatsApp only if you opted in, and you can stop at any time.

8. Our permission to display your posts. Your posts remain yours. You allow Life Evolution 360 to store and display them to members of the group. We do not use your posts in public promotion without your separate permission.

9. Moderation. The Community Manager and administrators may remove content, mute or remove members, or close a space to keep it safe and useful. Serious or repeated breaches may end access to the community without refund. You can report a post or member from the post menu or by writing to info@lifeevolution360.org.

10. Changes. We may update these rules and will post the date of the latest version.
