Donation Policy
Effective date: October 25, 2026
Life Evolution 360 is a public nonprofit organization recognized as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code (EIN 33-2846261), located at Colorado, United States. Thank you for supporting our mission.
1. Where gifts go. Gifts support our programs, including book coaching, publishing and the Life Evolution 360 Grant. When you choose a designation (General fund or Grant fund), we use your gift for that purpose. If a designated purpose is fully funded or can no longer be carried out, we may use the gift for a similar purpose in our mission.
2. Tax receipts. Each gift receives an email receipt showing our legal name, EIN, the date and amount, and a statement that no goods or services were provided in exchange for the gift. Contributions to a 501(c)(3) organization are generally tax-deductible in the United States to the extent the law allows. Donors outside the United States should check their own country's rules. Please consult your tax advisor. We send an annual giving summary each January.
3. Recurring gifts. Monthly gifts continue until you cancel them. You can change or cancel at any time through the link in your receipt or by writing to info@lifeevolution360.org. A cancellation applies to future gifts.
4. Final gifts. Donations are voluntary and non-refundable. If you believe a gift was made in error or charged more than once, write to info@lifeevolution360.org within 30 days with the receipt details and we will review it.
5. Processing. Gifts are processed by Stripe or PayPal. If you choose to cover the processing fee, the added amount is part of your gift.
6. Recognition and privacy. We list donors publicly only if you ask us to. We do not sell or trade donor information. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle it.
7. Not a purchase. A donation is not a payment for a program or book and does not give you any Service, discount or influence over grant decisions.
8. Contact. Questions about gifts or receipts: info@lifeevolution360.org.
