Returns and Refund Policy

At Life Evolution 360, we are committed to high-quality education, coaching and publishing support that empowers individuals and communities. Because our programs and digital services begin working for you as soon as you enroll, we maintain a strict no-refunds and no-returns policy.

What this means

• Once a program, package, service or digital product has been purchased or accessed, it is final and non-refundable. This includes Book Evolution packages, the Leaders Legacy Series, Fast-Track publishing, editing, formatting and cover design services, workshops, seminars and tours.

• A deposit is part of the price and is non-refundable. If your order has a balance due on a later date, the balance is still owed and is due on that date.

• If you choose a deferred-payment option, the terms you accepted at checkout apply.

• Grant-funded services have no charge and nothing to refund.

• We do not refund payments for time not used, a change of mind, a change of schedule, or dissatisfaction with results. We do not guarantee any particular sales or outcome from publishing a book.

• Donations are covered by our Donation Policy.

Before you buy. Please read the package description, inclusions, timeline and terms. If you have questions, contact us at info@lifeevolution360.org before you pay; we are glad to talk through your options, including a discovery call and the Life Evolution 360 Grant.

Acceptance. Before any payment button becomes active, you will be asked to confirm that you have read and accept this policy and our Terms of Use. We record your confirmation with the date and time.

Payment problems. If you believe you were charged in error, please write to info@lifeevolution360.org within 14 days with your order number so we can review it. Please contact us before starting a dispute with your bank or card provider, so we can resolve it quickly; we will provide your recorded acceptance of this policy if a dispute is opened.
