Emmanuel (Olorunfemi) Esanoluwa

Emmanuel Esanoluwa is a Chief People Operations Officer, organizational strategist, and framework architect with more than ten years of experience building people infrastructure across forty-five-plus organizations spanning holding companies, startups, and multi-vertical portfolios in consulting, fintech, edtech, and digital transformation across Nigeria, West Africa, and internationally. He is the CEO and Principal of Handly & Glonex Limited, a business operations consultancy, and the founder of NextSteps HR-Plus, an impact-driven people operations firm that has supported the launch and scaling of more than twenty organizations. He has served as Chief People Operations Officer, Chief of Staff, and Executive Business Partner across multi-vertical holding companies, and has delivered more than forty speaking and training engagements at conferences, forums, and corporate events across Africa. Emmanuel is the author of The A-F of Execution, a performance framework structured around six execution principles, and the creator of the PPTX Framework — People, Process, Technology, and eXecution — the subject of this book. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Landmark University, Kwara State, and is completing an MBA in Innovation Management at Tekedia Institute and the Senior Professional in Human Resources International (SPHRi) certification. He serves as In-House HR Lead at HarvestHouse Christian Center (Life Center Campus) and as a Mentor and Research Faculty member at Linked Africa, a pan-African mentorship platform.
